This week, we celebrate Independence Day in the U.S. and Canada. Two nations founded on the ideal of freedom. Freedom means the right to shape our own destinies, and generations of workers have organized to protect that right in the workplace and beyond.
As IBEW President Kenny Cooper reminds us, true freedom requires vigilance – because the fight for fairness is never finished.
