After two long years, IBEW leaders from around North America were finally able to gather together again at the 2022 IBEW Construction & Maintenance Conference in Washington D.C. As is custom, International President Lonnie Stephenson took the stage to deliver the keynote address where he saluted members for their hard work and for keeping the lights on during the pandemic. President Stephenson also put emphasis on how the values of the North American workforce are changing, and the continued focus needed on giving all workers an opportunity to join this great union – regardless of gender, color, or creed. It is clear the IBEW union is stronger than ever before and it only continues to grow each and every day, thanks to all of you brothers and sisters.
