Every spring leaders from the IBEW International Office, Districts, and Locals gather together for the annual IBEW Construction & Maintenance Conference. This year, with a collective determination and steadfast commitment to a better future, the IBEW is spearheading the charge towards sustainable energy sources and the fight against climate change.
Passionate speeches from C&M Department Director Matt Paules, International President Kenny Cooper, and the informative break-out sessions all provided IBEW Local leaders with the tools and proactive steps needed to strengthen their respective locals, and the union as a whole. To top it off, IBEW Hour Power presented the 2023 Hour Power Awards to the winners, recognizing their hard work and dedication in front of colleagues and IBEW International Office members.
