In this IBEW Hour Power National Property Spotlight, we take you inside 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, a historic building once home to the Airline Pilot Association, now being transformed into The Aviator House, a state-of-the-art residential property in the heart of Washington, D.C.

This project highlights the powerful connection between IBEW members’ hard work, their retirement security, and real-world investment projects across the United States. Through the National Electrical Benefit Fund (NEBF) and National Real Estate Advisors (NREA), members’ contributions are invested into projects like The Aviator House, bringing union jobs, revitalizing communities, and supporting a strong and secure future for working families.

With IBEW Local 26 electricians leading the way, this office-to-residential conversion is a shining example of craftsmanship, efficiency, and the union values of quality and trust.
