The IBEW Motorcycle Ride:
The ride starts on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 10:00 AM.
The starting point will be at the Four Points by Sheraton: 600 Kanawha Blvd E. Charleston, WV 25301
In-Person Registration:
On Friday, July 19, from 1:00 – 6:00 PM and Saturday, July 20, from 8:00 – 9:00 AM
Meet-&-Greet:
Friday, July 19, at 6:00 PM (Free Refreshments)
Post-Ride Dinner:
July 20, 6:00 PM (gifts, buffet style dinner, and free refreshments)
Full Schedule:
On Friday, July 19, from 1:00 – 6:00 PM and Saturday, July 20, from 8:00 – 9:00 AM riders will be able to sign in.
On Friday, July 19, at 6:00 PM the meet and greet with free refreshments.
On Saturday, July 20 at 9:30 AM riders will meet at the Four Points by Sheraton.
Saturday, July 20, 10:00 AM riders will leave from the Four Points by Sheraton for the ride.
Saturday, July 20, 6:00 PM – Gifts will be given out and buffet-style dinner with free refreshments.
