For the first time since 2019, the handshakes, the camaraderie, and the Local recognition returned in-person during the 2022 C&M Conference. The combined energy and excitement of the conference solidified that the IBEW can, should, and WILL continue to grow in the right direction – by taking a more inclusive route, creating a better work environment for women and minorities in our trade, and ensuring that the opportunities IBEW members enjoy is open to everyone who seeks it. Furthermore, having a President in the White House that stands behind unions combined with a new $2.3 trillion infrastructure package, there is plenty of incentive for IBEW members to grow and thrive for many years to come.
The C&M Conference also provided us with the perfect opportunity to finally recognize the annual IBEW Hour Power Award Winners! All in all, the 2022 C&M Conference was a success, inspiring IBEW members and leaders to continue working hard and pushing for progress.
